Our flagship kit, I KNOW MY STRENGTHS challenge kit teaches kids about their character strengths and how to engage them like superpowers with Mr. Carson as their guide. The goal of this research-based kit is for kids to stop asking 'What's wrong with me'? and start asking 'What's strong with me'?
We often label emotions as good or bad, positive or negative.
Children need to develop an emotional vocabulary to recognize and label difficult emotions, investigate their causes, and adjust from a place of self-compassion instead of shame.
